Dear beloved Pilates attendees of the KIRSI SABRI BERLIN studio, 

We have created an online platform to reach you whilst you are in the comfort of your own homes. 

All online classes will be available via zoom and by online purchase only prior to joining the classes. We ask that you organise this well in advance to secure that this transition is as smooth as possible. Once the payment has been cleared, you will receive an email invitation to join the group online (15 minutes before class). We look forward to seeing you there and deeply appreciate your support.

RELEASE: with the Pilates Roller: 

In this course we introduce you to fascia training with the Pilates foam roller- a small apparatus used to remedy the body’s ailments. During this course you can expect:

- tension release

- pain reduction

- relief of sore muscles

- strengthening of the torso 

- mobility increase

And last but not least, your connective tissue will benefited and conditioned.

So this is an intensive, but also beneficial body work.
