Summer camp - Twerk & heels workshop with a guest

Two awesome dance sports united! In this pole dancing twerkshop we learn how to twerk with the support of the pole, and if you're feeling extra feisty, on 8 inch heels! The class combines the sensual moves and impressive tricks of Exotic Pole such as body rolls and floorwork with the energetic and empowering spirit of twerking. This workshop includes basic werk and pole exotic techniques as well as a badass choreo.
