This workshop includes a 20 minute full body warm-up with upper body mobility exercises. Students will learn the technique of the iconic old school movements as walks, orbits, turns, and switches, and how to make it look smooth, controlled and sensuous; just like a cat moving around. Perfect for all level pole dancers who want to improve and level up the foundations and stability.

Accessible to all levels as alternatives will be given. Heels required, knee pads not required.
