A totally unique event. This is the first time in Belgium! Get access to SIX different Classic Pilates teachers. Who all are recognised around the world as the top Classical Pilates Teachers. Els’ colleagues (Vintage brothers and sisters), each with their take on Classic Pilates. All together in one location! One weekend and in the exclusive setting of the Classic Pilates PILATELS STUDIO.

WS 1 | The body knows – Noam  In this workshop we will explore Joe’s system of exercises & the key elements that allows us to elevate our natural abilities to new levels. 

WS 2 | Reformer, stability in motion – Fernando In this workshop you will move at the Reformer & other’s apparatus focusing in the stability to gain more power and less tension, reaching your deeper goals. One strong movement the way Joe himself made it!!

WS 3 | Finish on your Feet – Joel Discover how to work muscles and the central nervous system together with the standing exercises. Return home with a superior perspective on how to finish a workout.  

WS 4 | Gym at home The Wunda Chair – Miguel Discover how powerful & simple the wunda chair can be. You can have your gym at home and challenged by the springs!

WS 6 | High Bridge progressions – Noam In this workshop we explores the high bridge progressions around the Contrology Studio. Deeper understanding & Fun & challenge, that’s for sure! 

WS 7 | Posture & breathing exercises – Fernando The value & power of a correct posture to improved your breathing and wellness. We’ll work with good examples using both capacities to wrap your session with a powerful feeling and high energy levels. 

WS 8 | The Genius of the Springs – Joel Joe chose springs on his equipment for good reason. Discover how to get 100% benefit from every reformer exercise, no cheating. Learn to connect your body to the springs. This will deepen the work of even the most advanced Pilates practitioner using only the classical intermediate exercises.  

WS 9 | Keeping up with K(ardashian) – Jihey  It is time to dig into the K. Korean Kardarshian! OMG… deep into the center, that’s for sure! 

WS 10 | Building Exersises – Miguel 
How to breakdown exercises and how to build them. Discover Miguel’s simple yet effective way to use the whole system!
