Wanna strenghten your abs? Wake up muscles all over your body? Make your spine feel super good? Welcome to PIÙ PILATES in Neubaugasse!

We don't use machines, we use our own body weight for conscious muscle work and healthy postures - and have fun while doing so.

The sessions last 60 minutes. If English speaking people are among you the classes will take place in English.

It's you and a mat. And a bunch of other nice people.

Christina is an amazing teacher. Her classes have a beautiful flow, incorporating various exercises that challenge you while also keeping you motivated. She creates a fun and enjoyable atmosphere, making the sessions even more engaging. After just a few weeks, I can already see and feel the improvement in my body.

Über das Team

Hi, I'm Christina.

I got certified by a leading international school (BASI®) as a mat and machine Pilates teacher with 500+ educational hours.

Further education: "Shoulder Biomechanics", "Pilates and male body structures", "Pilates for Runners".

I jumped into my first Pilates class years ago without having any idea what to expect. I had my 'OMG' moment right away: The exercises looked easy, but it didn't even take five minutes till I felt my first cramp. What the hell ...?

I was immediately drawn to this whole-body workout and had to delve deeper into the Pilates concept. What I discovered is an incredibly efficient training method, from head to toe, that my scoliosis spine loves.

I would love to share this fitness experience with you!

At PIÙ PILATES we love challenges and we love to meet them with a smile. We'll explore the muscle power of your body and make your spine feel super good. People at all levels: give it a try!
Doors are open 15 minutes before start of class. Come in and make yourself comfortable! Mats are available for free. Please don't forget your water bottle. If you want, bring a towel with you. Showers are available.
Mats are available for free.
Cancellations are possible via Eversports up to 24 hours before start of class.
If English speaking people are among you the session will take place in English. The courses are not intended for pregnant and post-natal women or people with health problems. By booking a course you confirm that your health and your medical condition allow a fitness training.
