Our classes are a contemporary and fun approach on the original Pilates movements. Our classes are designed to tone, strengthen your body, enhance flexibility, and uplift your spirits! Our indoor Pilates classes are located at Studio ZOED WP (Wilhelminapark) in Haarlem! Book via Eversports or directly via our website with us. Please check the schedule and book the correct location to avoid confusion.

Join us during summer season (May 21st- September 27th) for exciting Pilates outdoor classes in picturesque Wilhelminapark in Haarlem and at Zandvoort Beach. Practice Pilates amidst nature's beauty! Don't forget to bring your own mat or big towel to outdoor classes.

Explore our on-demand library with pre-recorded Pilates workout videos (8-50 minutes) for quick results alongside our in-person classes. I’ve been attending classes at The Pilates Concept for a while and I couldn't be happier! Nikki is a fantastic instructor – her energy is always so positive, she really knows how to motivate while keeping the classes fun. She’s knowledgeable and makes sure everyone is using the correct form, adapting exercises to fit each person’s needs. I’ve noticed real improvements in my strength and flexibility since joining. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and Nikki’s passion for Pilates is contagious. Highly recommend to anyone looking to challenge themselves while feeling supported and encouraged.

I really enjoy Nikki’s classes. Her focus on breathe work, controlled movements - I feel energised and strong after her classes. Plus it’s in a great location with lots of natural sunlight and air. Perfect combo for a great class!

De lessen van Nikki zijn echt top! Ik heb het afgelopen jaar bij verschillende studio’s pilates lessen uitgeprobeerd, maar die van Nikki zijn echt mijn favoriet. De sfeer is fijn en ze zorgt er altijd voor dat je met een voldaan gevoel naar huis gaat. Dikke aanrader!

Echt een aanrader! De lessen van Nikki zijn super fijn, instructies zijn duidelijk, past de oefeningen aan op het niveau van elk individu. De sfeer is gemoedelijk waardoor je op je gemak voelt.

FIRST-TIME VISITORS We're all about creating a relaxed atmosphere and love to see you unwind when hitting the mat. Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before and no later than starting time, check in with your friendly teacher, and make yourself at home. If you'd like to bring water into the class, please use a non-breakable water bottle to prevent any accidental spills. In case of a spill, we appreciate if you could promptly clean it up for the benefit of your TPC fellow practitioners who aim to stay on their bare feet. We suggest wearing comfortable attire that allows for unrestricted movement. Whether it's a well-loved pair of PJs or the latest pants from Lululemon, we're delighted as long as you feel comfortable during your practice. No shoes needed while practicing Pilates, you can consider wearing grip socks to enhance your practice. Bring your own mat or big towel to our outdoor classes and dress accordingly to the weather forecast.
Mats and props are supplied with indoor classes, please bring your own mat or big towel to outdoor classes. For our indoor classes it's also a great idea to bring your own mat and towel to place on top, especially for activities that may work up a sweat!

We have a 12 hours cancellation policy, unless stated otherwise in the class description. There will be no charge for cancellations made up to 12 hours before the class starts. Please be aware that cancellations communicated via email, phone, or Facebook will not be considered valid. If you cancel within less than 12 hours' notice, the class will be deducted from your current pass. Those who consistently reserve and late cancel or no-show may face restrictions on their ability to book future classes in advance. Please always cancel or reschedule your booking via the bookings system you made a booking with so that we can give your spot to someone else. If for some reason you don't know how, please reach out to us by sending an email to us.
A few more things that are good to know! · Make sure you have read the terms & conditions before starting your workout with us. · Always inform your teacher about any injuries or limitations. Take your own responsibility. · No shoes, when practicing Pilates indoors! You can train on bare feet or on Pilates grip socks. · All equipment, unless stated otherwise is provided by the studio, all you need is yourself and comfortable workout clothes. · You can bring important belongings with you into the practice room or to your mat. Be advised to not bring valuables to our outdoor sessions. · When leaving the studio, try to be as quiet as possible and please do not linger in the hallway or outside in front of the building. This will disturb others who are using other practice rooms. · When you scheduled a private session everything is discussed before and all questions can be asked directly. · Waitlist information: To join a waitlist, use the Eversports or Classpass, OneFit app and ensure that notifications are enabled on your smartphone. Once a spot becomes available, you'll receive a push notification, allowing you to book the class in the usual manner. Please note that it's a 'first come, first served' system, and once a customer secures the available spot, all other push notifications will be cleared to prevent confusion. · For the safety of your valuable and sentimental items, it's recommended to leave them at home. If you need to bring something, you can bring this into the practice room with indoor classes. However, technological items that beep or ping should be switched off or put on silent mode. We embrace modernity, and our teachers won't give disapproving looks to your iPhones. Feel free to capture updates and information through pictures and share them on social media and tag us.
