Über das Team

We, Jessie & Katharina, were tired of being tired and started the WeBorn journey. Now the WeBorn team exists of health professionals from various backgrounds, such as meds, yoga teachers, dance teachers, music professionals, breathwork coaches, thermalist instructors, meditation guides, personal fitness trainers, professional athletes and many more. As you can see, we're a very diverse team.

All have received extra education in thermalist applications, sound/music, first aider & mental first aider & much more.

Dive into a unique, new experience with science-backed health methods, like heat- & cold exposure. To mention but a few, these boost cardiovascular health, enhance your immune system, reduce stress and build resilience. Unlike other sports facilities, spas, or treatment places, WeBorn addresses four health vectors at once: · Physical Health: Experience faster muscle recovery, greater physiological health, reduced pain and simply improved overall physical health. · Mental Health: Enhance resilience and give your mind a break; feel rejuvenated and energized. · Emotional Health: Explore and manage various emotions in a safe space, improving emotional detection and coping skills. · Social Health: Through the focus on community and socializing, connect with like-minded individuals.
Please bring · swimwear, · 1-2 towels (1 big for the sauna & optionally 1 to shower afterwards), · clean slippers (optional) and · an open mindset.
You need to bring your own swimwear. You can borrow a towel for a cleaning charge of 2€.
Please cancel at least 12 hours prior to your class to avoid losing your credit. Your credit will be automatically recredited to your account. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) are not reimbursed.
