Certified Sampoorna Yoga Teacher (200h), Yin Yoga Instructor (Joe Barnett TTC), Yin Yoga 100h TTC (Dace Osleja - Mandala of Life), Yoga Nidra teacher (Chitra Sukhu TTC). Virginie started following Hatha yoga classes in 2012 because of a specific health situation. This experience was life-changing for her as she discovered how powerful Yoga is to reconnect with her inner self, body and soul. Since then she has been practicing regularly hatha and Vinyasa. In 2016, she got to know Yin Yoga and Sivananda & Sampoorna yoga. She took the Sampoorna Yoga teacher training certification in November 2018 and followed several workshops with other renowned teachers. She enjoys nature, animals, travelling and applying Yoga principles in her day-to-day life and job.
